Plextor announces its first SSDs: 64GB and 128GB
Plextor announced their own NAND-based drives which come in a 2.5-inch form factor. Drives will available in 64GB and 128GB capacities.
Plextor's SSDs feature a Marvell controller, 64MB of cache memory, MLC NAND chips and a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface.
The solid state drives deliver 110MB/s read and 65MB/s write speeds.
